Author's Note: Given my love of creature!fic, writing vampire Wincest was pretty much inevitable, I just didn't expect it to be so soon out the gate!

I knew I'd want the fic to take place in the earlier seasons before they learned about the vampire cure, and once I settled on the timing, the fic demanded to be written! I tried to stick as close to canon Supernatural vampire lore as I could, with a couple of embellishments and extras added in. Because this takes place right after the end of season 2, there is quite a lot the boys still don't know about… well, everything, and I've used some plot points/information from later seasons, and completely ignored or haven't addressed some other stuff. Such is life. I very much didn't expect this fic to get as long as it did, but once I started writing it kind of took on a mind of its own, and I had a lot of fun with it. I hope you enjoy reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it! <3
