Author's Notes: I'm not sure if this is what you had in mind when you left the prompt, blithelybonny, but I have a thing for "just the tip" and this prompt seemed like the perfect opportunity to play around with that. But poor Harry was far too noble for such goings on, so Charlie volunteered. :D I know that technically Charlie is a pure-blood too, but I figure he's a very different sort from Draco, yeah?
