Shorter monthly writing post this month, as I plan to put the ~stuff~ for next month/year in a separate post later on. But for now, here's how my December writing went.

GOALS

December Word Count Goal: 25,506 / 31,500

2018 Total Word Count Goal: 194,078 / 200,000

My word count for this month was a stretch. I'd picked it since it was how much I'd eed to write to hit my yearly target, but I had a feeling that it would be a reach, and it was, but not by as much as I thought it would be. In fact, I know that it actually could have been possible, and I was keeping pace for the first 3/4 of the month. But the end of the month/year I had a number of other commitments and things I wanted to do, and ultimately I made the choice not to sacrifice in those other areas just to squeeze out an extra 5k of words.
