Last month I finally read Nora Sakavic All for the Game Series after seeing mutual friends post a ton about it on tumblr for years. Honestly, the books are awful. The writing is terrible, the characters are assholes, and the plot is unbelievable it's super distracting. And yet...Honestly, I don't think I would have even bothered finishing the books if it weren't for the fact that I knew there was a decent fandom for the series, and I am a sucker for a new fandom! I'll be real, the fanfic is so much better than the actual books...

GUYS. Have you gotten on board the Kirk/Spock train yet? Because it's AWESOME. Have you even seen Chris Pine and Zachary Quinto? Look at this! I'm not even sure if it's photoshopped but who cares? Or how about this one? because OMG Quinto in leather on a motorcycle...But I digress.

This is all from the Abram's 'verse, because I'm not familiar enough with TOS canon to really get into the fic. But it's just so much fun because pretty much ALL THE TROPE work so well for this pairing. Fuck-or-die and heat cycles are literally canon for Vulcans. How awesome is that??
