I didn't manage too much multi-fandom reading this month. Between the craziness of work & RL, the busyness of modding/proofing, and every spare fandom reading minute being dedicated to hd_fan_fair, there wasn't a lot of time for other fandoms to make it on the list. But there were a few gems this month. :)

Summary: It’s not that Bittle doesn’t swear. It’s more that Bits doesn’t swear as much as the rest of them, Jack thinks. Bittle swears for emphasis, carefully picking and choosing when to drop a curse into his sentence, just to pack a little punch in whatever he’s saying.
Super sweet and sexy fic with Jack finding it particularly...arousing when Bitty swears, especially because he does it so rarely. The sex was super hot and it was just a really lovely and sexy snapshot of their relationship.

Title: in the soft of the early evening glow

He wonders if Ronan’s growing it out purposefully or if he simply hasn’t taken the time to trim it back down, then thinks that Ronan rarely does anything without a purpose.
Ronan runs a hand through his hair and more curls make themselves known. Want hits him then, hot and heavy, curling in his gut.
Lovely fic with Adam not being able to come home for entire semester, and when he comes back, Ronan's hair has grown out. Which, of course, he finds incredibly sexy. Sweet and hot little slice of life.

Title: A Deck With a View

This was so great! The connection between Zach and Chris was lovely, and their stolen vacation together was lovely, if a little bittersweet. The tone here was wonderful, and I loved the hopeful ending.

Decent spread this month. I actually read several more reccable fics towards the end of the month, but I've been swamped and haven't had the time to actually format them...So they'll be added to September. :D

Title: The Flag Unfurled

Title: all in, how could i not be

Aww, this was just so sexy and sweet. Loved how much Jack and Bitty obviously love each other here, and the infrequency of their time together only served to make this stolen moment even hotter!

Oh this was just the sweetest thing! It's the story of Bitty and Jack's developing relationship from the graduation kiss all the way up until they see each other again in July. I loved how the author develops things through skype calls and shows how a long-distance relationship between them could work. Lovely and sexy fic, and I sincerely hope the author adds more of this verse! I'd love to see what happens when they finally physically are in the same room together and some of that crackling sexual tension finally has an outlet. :D.

Wow, there are no words to describe the amazingness of this fic! Seriously. The time travel aspect was really interesting and well done, and the whole plot in general is very engaging. The characterizations of all of the characters are seriously fantastic, but Ronan and Adam seriously shine. Really cool seeing the younger and older versions of Adam and Ronan and how they are the same and different. Definitely a must-read!

Title: Within Reach

Bit of an angsty start to this one, but it all ends happily I promise and it's super hot to boot! Featuring a very oblivious Jim, but he gets it eventually. ;)

Title: It's All Just So Ridiculous

Summary: In which Stiles finds himself in the ridiculous position of pretending to be a prostitute and the Sheriff has to ‘rent’ his own son just to save him.
It’s an awkward night for everyone.
Really fabulously dirty and gritty fic that has the Sheriff and Stiles coming under the influence of some magical aphrodisiacs and then having to deal with the consequences. The guilt and tension was really pervasive and wonderfully done. The author has promised a sequel, and I really hope they deliver because this was great!
