I've been reading quite a bit of HP fic over the past few months, and here are some recent favs! We've got some fics from recent fests, hpdrizzle & hd-hurtfest, and also just some fics I found/read in the course of filling out my comment card for the gameofdrarry Wizarding Hearts commenting game! I've also been doing a bunch of proofing for the upcoming hp_nextgen_fest and hd_erised exchange and I'm so excited to start posting for both!

Just a friendly reminder that posting has started over at dracotops_harry and for daily_deviant's Banging Birthday fest!

There have been some really awesome pieces posted at both of these awesome fests already, and I cannot WAIT to see what else is in store. I really recommend that you all check them out, and of course, that you leave some love for the fabulous authors and artists. My birthday wish posted today at daily_deviant and it's Teddy/James Sirius and AMAAAAAAAAAZING!

Reveals just went up at hp_drizzle, and since it's rectober and all, I figured I'd post a few quick recs. I only picked a couple of my very favorites, but there were 40 submissions this year with all sorts of pairings, so I definitely recommend checking out the masterlist for more! :D

There isn't too much angst but there is still that subtle implication that Sirius is just a little bit heartbroken. And the sex was super hot!

This fic is gorgeous. The writing is amazing, and I just love Sirius here, the way he sees James, his love and guilt and fear that manage to come through so beautifully in his memories and fantasies. And the last line is perfection.
