With the hobbit movies coming out, I've been in a hobbit mood and decided to dip my toes into this fandom. Currently this just has Bilbo/Thorin recs, but I might add some others. (Also note, for the purists out there, these are mostly movie canon)

I wrote something in a non-Harry Potter fandom! I had so many feels after the last Hobbit movie that I had to write some therapeutic fic. I know most of you on my f-list are not about the Bagginshield, so feel free to just pass on by! :D

Summary: Thorin and Bilbo have some unfinished business.

Notes: Follows the movie canon pretty exactly EXCEPT for the major caveat that Thorin, Fíli, and Kíli all live. In this fic, when Azog and Thorin are battling on the ice, Azog's blade just cuts Thorin's side as it glances onto the ice, instead of fatally stabbing him.

This victory feast is taking place awhile after the battle, giving time for people to recover, bury the dead, and get the mountain habitable. So that, combined with my personal headcanon that dwarves heal much faster than humans explains away the lack of tons of battle wounds (also, fic).
