Honestly I feel like this should be required reading. Really excellent.

Heidi by Joahnna Spyri
Read for my Around the World Reading Challenge for Switzerland. Super sweet--a bit too much as an adult, but I can see why this would make a great kid's book.

Now in November by Josephine Winslow Johnson
Most recent Pulitzer Prize Winner read, and I surprisingly really enjoyed it. Some truly gorgeous writing.

The Mothers by Brit Bennett
I really enjoyed this one! I didn't like it quite as much as The Vanishing Half though, mostly because I didn't find the ending very satisfying. It's quite open, which is generally something I enjoy, but here it felt a little unfinished to me. Still worth a read though!

The Grave Between Us (A Noah & Cole Thriller #2) by Tal Bauer
Most recent MM Romance read. The mystery aspect was excellent but the romance was a bit meh for my personal tastes.
