I was really on the fence about participating this year for a variety of reasons, despite it being one of my favorite fests, but a prompt caught my eye as I was perusing, and I just couldn't resist. I'm actually not wild about the rentboy trope, which made me all the more eager to try my hand at it and see what I could come up with.
