I spent of lot of February reading fanfic in other fandoms, but I always have time for HP fic! Kind of a mixed bag here with several different pairings, a few fics from different fests, hpsolemnlysworn's Behind the Door Fest and torino10154's Porn Sunday. I've also been keeping up with do_me_veela's fest, and I'll do another post with my favorites once it's finished posting! :)

hprare_cliche's Valentine's Fest was a super fun fest that posted during the first half of February and celebrated the less popular HP pairings via some of fandom's favorite fic clichés!

H/D will always be my OTP, but they have plenty of fantastic fests celebrating them, so I am always excited for fests with multiple ships. And I seriously love clichés and tropes in my fic. I could read a million forced proximity/sharing body heat/fuck-or-die fics and never get bored.

daily_deviant's Kinky Kristmas Fest on Insane Journal and the Harry Potter Kink & Squick Christmas fest by kink_n_squick were two super fun holiday fests I followed this year, filled with rare pairs and super kinky sex! There were some great fics and some seriously hot art, and it was nice to break up the wonderful holiday fluff with some filthy smut! ;)

Following fests like this always pushes my boundaries a bit and gives me an opportunity to step out of my lovely Harry/Draco box (only one and 2/3 of the recs below are H/D) and I end up experimenting with pairings I never would have expected. A post to keep track of all of the lovely fic and art that has been created based off of prompts I submitted. I don't submit a ton of prompts (I'm not all that great of coming up with unique scenarios) and it is so, so, so freaking exciting when I get to see and read what the crazy talented people come up with using my prompt as an inspiration. Makes me feel a bit more connected to the fandom! :)
