Hiya!

I’ve been pretty open about the fact that I’ve not been reading as much HP, and specifically Drarry, fanfic in the past year as usual, the first 3/4 of the year in particular. Between writing my HDBB fic, wonky fandom feels, and a TON of RL crazyness, I just didn’t have the time nor inclination. But I’ve been reading more the past several months and remembering how much I love it, so I thought I’d ask for some recs!

I know there’s a communal rec list thing being created, which I think is a super fun/awesome idea! Unfortunately, it’s also likely to be massive, and I personally find that kind of thing really overwhelming and anxiety-inducing, which means I’m likely not going to personally get much use out of it.

But if any of y’all want to comment/message me with 1. your favorite fic that YOU’VE written this year and/or 2. (one of) your favorite fics that somebody ELSE has written, I’d love to have some fics to add to my TBR list! Doesn’t even have to be Drarry, though it should probably be in one of the (many) fandoms I read in!

As a caveat, I’ve read most/all of the fics from the fests I mod - hp_nextgen_fest, hp_crossgenfest​, harrydracobang, & hd-erised- so you don’t need to rec anything from those​! I'm also caught up with hd_fan_fair​, and though I’m sure there were great fics I missed in the fest, I’ve got a lot of food/eating/body related triggers/squicks which caused me to pass on a number of those submissions. But if you want to rec from outside of those fests, I’d love to add some fic to my reading list. :D
