2022 Total Writing Days Goal: 71 / 220

So. I missed my monthly target by a lot, and March was definitely my lowest WC month so far this year. Weirdly, I managed to check several things off the list, they just happened to be low-word count items, either due to editing or because I was finishing up fics that I'd already written the bulk of before March. Not *loving* where I ended the month, but I'm not actually behind on any deadlines etc. so it's not really a big deal in the scheme of things.

MARCH ROUND-UP

• Wincest Shotgunning Fic: went through beta edits, did final read-through, and posted! You can read it here!


• S14 Wincest: went through initial edits and sent to beta.


• Wincest Sex Pollen: went through initial edits.


• Wincest Panty!Kink: finished draft.


• Wincest S2: outlined and wrote about half of planned draft.


• Possible 2022 hpkinktober: wrote part of a scene


• hp-nextgen-fest: finished rough draft.

APRIL GOALS

April Word Count Goal: 10,000

Lowering my expectations for April LOL. This is definitely doable in terms of projects, but in terms of motivation? Only time will tell.

April Fics to Focus On

• Wincest Sex Pollen: send to beta.


• SamJack Fic: send to beta.


• Wincest Does New Mexico: go through initial edits.
 

• Wincest Panty!Kink: go through initial edits.


• Dream!Fic - HP: go through initial edits.


• hp-nextgen-fest: go through initial edits & find/send to beta.


• Wincest S2: finished draft.


• Wincest Season Codas: lowkey aiming to write one episode-specific coda/missing scene for every season, and so far I'm at 8/15 (9/15 when I finish my S2 fic above). Once I finish my S2 fic I'm planning a rewatch of S3, and I'd like to find an idea and outline, and ideally write the first draft in April.


• Possible 2022 hpkinktober: I'd like to at least finish the current scene, and ideally write at least one other..

Upcoming Fics / Stuff on the back-burner

• Fics Awaiting Beta: I've got several fics awaiting beta Vampire!Wincest, A Relationship Unravels - HP, S14 Wincest, & Wincest 5+1. I will likely get at least one of these back in April, in which case I'll pull it into the month, but otherwise they are on the back-burner until their triumphant return to my inbox!


• Drarry Long!Fic: I do want to finish this at some point in 2022, but I don't know if I'm ready to look at it yet.


• Wincest Size!Kink: not a high priority, but something to come back to at some point.


• Sterek!AU: I think I might need to just accept that this is just not happening right now. I've got it outlined but I need to rewatch the movie inspiration to refine, and I've just not been in the mood.


• Taking Chances Sequel: on indefinite hiatus. I've got several pages worth of ideas for the sequel, but it's in no cohesive plot form, and IDK if it'll ever come to life.
